Founded and led by registered healthcare professionals, our organisation provides culturally appropriate health education and practical guidance to individuals and families who may face barriers when navigating healthcare systems.
Based in Leeds, we work alongside the NHS, GP practices, local councils, charities, churches and community groups to break down cultural and language barriers to good health.
